Digital files
Digital pieces and commission files are delivered by secure download link within 1–2 working days of payment, at full print resolution.
Prints — packing
Prints are made to order and packed to survive transit. Works up to A3 ship flat between rigid boards in a stiffened mailer; larger prints and canvas ship rolled in a heavy-duty tube or boxed. Everything is wrapped in acid-free tissue.
Insurance and tracking
All print orders are insured, tracked and sent with signature on delivery within India. You’ll get a tracking link when it ships.

Shipping within India is calculated at checkout or included in a commission quote. International shipping can be arranged on request; duties and customs charges, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility and we’ll always explain them upfront.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the packaging and the print within 48 hours and email us. Because prints are made to order and fully insured, we’ll reprint and reship a damaged piece at no cost to you.
